Before I tell you that, I guess it’s time to introduce myself. I’m Linda Spevacek – executive coach, author, speaker and dealmaker. I’ve been a professional coach for almost a decade now, but my parents tell me I’ve been a dealmaker since I was 3 years old and began negotiating over my bedtime. So I know how dealmakers think!

Success also means understanding your contributions, having the ability to be yourself, and feeling steadfast self-trust that you are headed in the right direction.
And success is not only about your business. It’s also about being home in time for your son’s baseball game. Having dinner as a family or with friends. Having time for community service. It’s about taking good care of yourself, too.
And above all, success is about feeling great about who you are and what you do, every day.

I know, because I’ve been there, too. I reached a point in my career about a decade ago when financial success was no longer enough. I felt confused, even guilty. Who was I to complain when I had it so good? When I couldn’t figure out how to revamp my career on my own, I hired a coach and proceeded to go on the most amazing journey of my life, a journey I still call going to the “mental spa” – because while it stretched my mind, it also felt really good!
